Insurance & Payment

We accept all patients regardless of your insurance company. There is an annual $75 flat fee for all patients in order to cover aspects of healthcare not included in your insurance plan.

We are pleased to offer cash discounts. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, debit cards, and checks. If patients cannot make their appointment slot, patients must cancel by calling our front desk at 831-649-0175 24 hours in advance of appointment time. Otherwise, there will be an issued no-show fee of $75.
